1. Our Services & What We Do
Tailgunner Mobile Blasting provides mobile sandblasting, dustless blasting, coating removal, rust removal, and surface restoration for automotive, residential, marine, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Estimates: We provide free project estimates based on the initial photos, videos, or dimensions you share. However, final pricing may adjust if the actual project scope or underlying material differs significantly from what was initially discussed.
- The Nature of Blasting: Blasting reveals what is underneath. We are responsible for stripping coatings, rust, or paint, but we cannot be held liable for preexisting damage, deep pitted corrosion, or structural weaknesses exposed during the blasting process.
2. Client Responsibilities (How to Help Us Succeed)
Because we bring our mobile setup directly to your location, a successful project requires a bit of teamwork:
- Clear Workspace: Please ensure the project item (vehicle, boat, brick wall, etc.) is fully accessible. Move any nearby vehicles, fragile items, or property that could be affected by dust or overspray.
- Prep Work: For automotive or machinery blasting, all glass, delicate wiring, chrome, and interior components must be removed or properly masked by the client prior to our arrival unless otherwise specified in your custom work order.
- Permits & Approvals: If your neighborhood HOA or local city municipality requires specific permits or has restrictions against mobile blasting on your property, securing those approvals is your responsibility.
3. Payment & Cancellations
We believe in fair, straightforward pricing for our hard work.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the services unless commercial terms have been agreed upon in writing beforehand. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
- Cancellations: We value your time and ask that you value ours. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can re route our crews.
4. Safety & Property Access
Safety is our top priority on every job site.
- Access: By booking our team, you grant Tailgunner Mobile Blasting personnel and equipment full access to the work area on your property.
- Safety Zones: High pressure blast equipment can be hazardous. Clients, bystanders, and pets must remain a safe distance away from the active blast zone while our machinery is running. We reserve the right to pause work if the area becomes unsafe.
5. Website Use & Intellectual Property
Everything on https://tailgunnermobileblasting.com including our logos, text, photos of our work, and project descriptions belongs to Tailgunner Mobile Blasting, LLC. You are welcome to browse and share links to our site, but please don’t copy our content or photos to use for commercial purposes without asking us first.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we use highly precise methods (like eco friendly dustless blasting to prevent metal warping), blasting involves extreme forces. Tailgunner Mobile Blasting is fully insured, but our total liability for any unexpected property damage or project mishaps is strictly limited to the total dollar amount paid for the service rendered on that specific job.
